Submit your Halloween Costume to compete in this year's Youth Fair Halloween Costume contest. The winner selected will receive 4 admission tickets, 4 unlimited rides tickets, and 4 souvenir cups for the 2023 Youth Fair.

Submissions for the Youth Fair Halloween Costume Contest are open now through 11:59 pm on October 31, 2022. To enter, each participant must upload a picture of their halloween costume and provide contact information in order to be considered. Winner will be selected and contacted via email on November 2, 2022.
