1. ELIGIBILITY: Subterranean Chicago Contest (the 'Contest') is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are over the age of 18 that have access to the Internet at all times during the Contest and prize-award period unless otherwise specified by Subterranean Chicago (the 'Sponsor'). Non-US residents over the age of 18 may enter unless expressly prohibited by local regulations and law. All employees of Subterranean Chicago, all associated agencies and each of their sales representatives, distributors, or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as 'Contest Entities'), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Contest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms. No purchase necessary - a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at March 28, 2025 1:00PM (EDT) and ends at April 6, 2025 11:00PM (EDT) (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
3. CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Contest Period, you may submit an entry form online. Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address/email address or more than one person uses the same address/email address.
4. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant's name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, 'Licensed Rights') in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within twenty four (24) hours of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Prize winner must be available for promotional display and presentation between April 6, 2025 11:00PM (EDT) to April 7, 2025 11:00PM (EDT) or will forfeit prize to next winning entrant.
5. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS/ODDS: The potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held after April 6, 2025 11:00PM (EDT). Winners will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner's entry within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be randomly selected.
6. PRIZES: The winners will be awarded WE’RE THIRTY, FLIRTY & THRIVING – AND CELEBRATING WITH GIVEAWAYS! For our next giveaway, our friends at Club Lucky in Bucktown (@clubluckychicago) are giving away a $100 gift card. Plus, you can also win a pair of tickets to a show of your choice at SubT! Described by the owner as a "1940's supper club and cocktail lounge on the verge of the 1950's". Established in 1990, Club Lucky is a casual Italian neighborhood restaurant that was conceived as a next generation of Chicago icons like Club Lago and Gene & Georgetti's. The atmosphere is casual, portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Club lucky seats, 175 people and is open for lunch Wednesday through Friday, and dinner, seven nights a week. Winners will be notified via email on Monday, April 7th. *Excludes all Lollapalooza after-shows. *Gift card will need to be picked up from Subterranean (2011 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60647). Prize will be delivered after April 6, 2025 11:00PM (EDT). The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant's address or, at the sole option and discretion of the contest Sponsor, to a recipient designated by the contest winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. All taxes and other charges are responsibility of the winner. No substitutions allowed. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the winner's responsibility.
7. ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Contest by mailing a standard-size postcard with your first name, last name and email address to: TicketLabs Inc., 151 Charles Street West, Suite 100, Kitchener, ON, N2G 1H6, Canada. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Contest Period.
8. GENERAL TERMS: By entering or participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Contest Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website operated by the Contest Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Terms or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general terms of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Contest Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Contest or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information.
9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Subterranean Chicago and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Contest or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Contest or use or redemption of the prize.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through the Contest is subject to TicketLabs Inc.'s Privacy Policy, located at https://app.hive.co/privacy/. By entering the Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

SUBT30 GIVEAWAYS! - Club Lucky (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana who sign up at http://www.Subt.net/30. Entrants must be 21 or older at the time of entry to qualify. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Employees of Subterranean, Beat Kitchen, and Bar Sol, along with their subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively, the “Employees”), as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household as Employees, are ineligible to participate.
Sponsorship The Contest Sponsor is Subterranean Limited Partnership (“Sponsor”), located at 2011 W. North Avenue, Chicago, IL 60647. The Sponsor will conduct the Contest according to these Official Rules.
Agreement to Rules By entering, each Entrant (“You”) agrees to follow the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion. By entering, you confirm your eligibility based on these Official Rules and accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final in all matters regarding this Contest.
Entry Period The Contest begins on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CST and ends on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. CST (“Entry Period”). Entries must be submitted within the Entry Period to be eligible.
How to Enter Eligible participants may enter the Contest by submitting one entry per person through the online form at http://www.subt.net/30. Multiple entries from the same individual, email address, or IP address will be disqualified. Incomplete entries or those that do not follow the Official Rules will be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

The Prize does not include transportation, parking, or additional expenses incurred outside the event itself. The Prize value may vary at the time it is awarded, as determined solely by the Sponsor. There is no cash alternative or substitution, and the Prize is non-transferable. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize, including any applicable taxes. The Winner may not transfer or assign the Prize or request its cash equivalent. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of Winning The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of Winner The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winner using the email provided at entry within one (1) business day after the drawing. The Sponsor is not liable for the Winner’s failure to receive notification due to email security settings or incorrect contact information.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize within one (1) business day, is found to be ineligible, or does not complete the required declaration and release forms within the specified time, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner will be selected. The Prize will only be awarded upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the Winner violates any of these Official Rules, they will be disqualified, and all rights as the Winner will be immediately terminated at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Rights Granted by You By submitting an entry, you agree that the Sponsor, its representatives, and its licensees have the perpetual right to use, in any medium worldwide, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, and statements about the Contest for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes without further consent, compensation, or notice.
Terms & Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest if unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes outside the Sponsor’s control impact the security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. If any such issue arises, the Sponsor may choose a Winner from all eligible entries received prior to or after any corrective actions. Any individual who tampers with the entry process, website, or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified. To ensure fairness, the Sponsor reserves the right to void entries if: Multiple entries come from the same individual beyond the single allowed entry. Multiple entries originate from the same IP address or computer, exceeding the allowed limit.
Duplicate email addresses are used to enter. Bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means are used for entry. False or incomplete information is provided. Entries are submitted through third-party services or from proxy servers associated with gaming.
Participants misrepresent their identity or enter on behalf of others. Entries are submitted via platforms other than the official Contest form.
Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage the Contest website or undermine its legitimate operation may result in legal action by the Sponsor.
Limitation of Liability By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, directors, employees, and officers from any liability for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. This includes but is not limited to, technical failures, service unavailability, or unauthorized intervention.
