The South Carolina State Fair plants the seeds of opportunity each year through over $500,000 in scholarships — and now we’re inviting YOU to plant seeds too! Whether you’re growing as a class, a club, or just for fun at home, we want to see your very first sprout and celebrate the joy of growth, learning, and community.

How to Enter:

Plant new seeds — any kind! (You can use your own or seeds we’ve provided)

Snap a photo of your first sprout(s)

Submit your information and photo using the "Enter Sweepstakes" link below

What You Could Win:

One (1) Harvest Bundle, which includes: 4 admission passes and 2 ride vouchers to the 2025 South Carolina State Fair.

Plus: Up to 30 copies of Meet Me at the Rocket by Roger Stroup — one copy for each participant listed on the winning entry

Note: Only one Harvest Bundle will be awarded. If the winner is a group, the admission tickets and ride vouchers will be shared among the group. Each listed participant may receive a copy of the book, up to 30 total books.
