CONTEST TERMS:

ELIGIBILITY: Boeing Center at Tech Port’s Ultimate 2026 Frost Club Pass Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are over the age of 18 and have Internet access for the duration of the Contest and prize-award period. Non-U.S. residents over the age of 18 may enter unless prohibited by local law. Employees of the Sponsor, its agencies, and their household/immediate family members are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Official Terms. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and ends Monday, January 5, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries must be submitted within the Contest Period to be eligible.

CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Contest Period, entrants may submit an online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per household, regardless of multiple addresses or shared email accounts.

PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry, except where prohibited, each entrant and each winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates the perpetual worldwide right to use the entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, and biographical material for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without compensation or additional approval.

Winner must agree to be filmed and photographed for social media content, promotional use, and other marketing materials. Refusal to participate in required promotional activities may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within 24 hours of notification or be disqualified.

Winner must be available for promotional display and presentation between January 7, 2026 and January 30, 2026.

SELECTION OF WINNERS / ODDS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing after January 5, 2026 (CDT). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond, is disqualified, or notification is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

PRIZES: Winner will be announced Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Prize will be delivered after January 07, 2026 to the winner’s email address or to a designated recipient at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and any expenses not specifically listed as included.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: Entrants may mail a postcard with their full name and email address to: Boeing Center at Tech Port, 3331 General Hudnell Dr, San Antonio, TX 78226. Postcard entries must be postmarked within the Contest Period. Limit one mailed entry per person/email.

GENERAL TERMS: By entering, participants agree to abide by the Official Terms and decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Contest Entities are not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized intervention, or any malfunction that affects entry or winner selection. If the Contest is compromised by technical or other issues, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest. Sponsor may disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner. Contest Entities are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages related to participation or prize use.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: Participants agree to release and hold harmless Boeing Center at Tech Port and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize redemption. Winner assumes all risks associated with prize use.
