1. Eligibility The EEI Ticket Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI) and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, along with their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor The Contest is sponsored by Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI), P.O. Box 12110, Lexington, Kentucky 40580-2110.

3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon the entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Contest Period The Contest begins on February 18, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 1, 2026, at 11:55 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Entries will be accepted during the Contest Period via the following method:

6. Prize Drawing On or about March 2, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email or phone on or about March 6, 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification Winners will be notified by email or phone. Each winner (or their parent/legal guardian if applicable) must complete and return a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. If the Declaration is not received within the required time, the prize may be forfeited. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted, after which unclaimed prizes will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately six (6) weeks after the Contest concludes.

8. Prizes Prize includes admission for the winner to participate in a private cross country course walk facilitated by Bruce Davidson Sr.

9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Contest in the event of technical issues, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other factor impairing the Contest’s integrity or fairness. Sponsor may disqualify individuals suspected of tampering with the Contest or violating these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the Contest may result in legal action. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other unforeseen circumstances. Sponsor’s liability is limited to the cost of entering the Contest. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

11. Disputes All disputes shall be resolved individually in the appropriate courts of Kentucky. These Official Rules are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

12. Privacy Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
