1. ELIGIBILITY: Tino Cochino Comedy Contest (the 'Contest') is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are over the age of 18 that have access to the Internet at all times during the Contest and prize-award period unless otherwise specified by Tino Cochino Comedy (the 'Sponsor'). Non-US residents over the age of 18 may enter unless expressly prohibited by local regulations and law. All employees of Tino Cochino Comedy, all associated agencies and each of their sales representatives, distributors, or agents (all of the foregoing, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as 'Contest Entities'), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Contest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Terms. No purchase necessary - a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at April 27, 2026 3:00AM (EDT) and ends at May 12, 2026 2:55AM (EDT) (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period.
3. CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Contest Period, you may submit an entry form online. Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address/email address or more than one person uses the same address/email address.
4. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant's name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, 'Licensed Rights') in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within twenty four (24) hours of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Prize winner must be available for promotional display and presentation between May 12, 2026 2:55AM (EDT) to May 13, 2026 2:55AM (EDT) or will forfeit prize to next winning entrant.
5. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS/ODDS: The potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held after May 12, 2026 2:55AM (EDT). Winners will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner's entry within twenty four (24) hours after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor's discretion, be randomly selected.

Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. All taxes and other charges are responsibility of the winner. No substitutions allowed. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely the winner's responsibility.
7. ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Contest by mailing a standard-size postcard with your first name, last name and email address to: TicketLabs Inc., 151 Charles Street West, Suite 100, Kitchener, ON, N2G 1H6, Canada. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Contest Period.
8. GENERAL TERMS: By entering or participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Contest Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any website operated by the Contest Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Terms or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general terms of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Contest Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Contest or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information.
9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Tino Cochino Comedy and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Contest or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Contest or use or redemption of the prize.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through the Contest is subject to TicketLabs Inc.'s Privacy Policy, located at https://app.hive.co/privacy/. By entering the Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the above Privacy Policy.

The Prize Package includes:
The Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize Certificate”), outlining the terms and conditions of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package and redemption procedures.
The winner will receive a stipend of $1,000 USD provided in the form of a check. The stipend is intended to be used towards round-trip airfare in conjunction with the Sandals Resorts Prize Certificate. If the total cost of the round-trip airfare exceeds the stipend amount of $1,000 USD toward airfare for two (2) the winner will be responsible for covering any additional costs. The stipend is not intended to cover any additional expenses beyond airfare or airport transportation. The stipend check must be deposited by the winner within 60 days of receipt. Failure to deposit the check within this timeframe will result in the checking becoming void, and the winner will forfeit the stipend. The stipend check is non-transferable and is intended to be used with the specified prize package.
1.3 The selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package or the Beaches Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and certain blackout dates including but not limited to 7 days before and after any major U.S. Holiday. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. DO NOT MAKE FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL PRIOR TO RECEIVING RESORT CONFIRMATION.

For Sandals Resorts Sandals Resorts is an adults only resort destination, prize will include Luxury/Deluxe accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy, KING SIZE BED only), all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities on property, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort taxes, resort gratuities, and Sandals transfers to and from the selected or designated airport. NOTE: There are no double beds or rollaway beds
For Beaches Resorts Beaches Resorts is a family friendly resort, prize will include Luxury/Deluxe accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities on the property, including daily scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort taxes, resort gratuities, access to Kids Camp and Beaches transfers to and from the designated airport. NOTE: Any additional guests will be at an additional cost.
Applicabletoboth – selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package/Beaches Resorts Prize Package:
The selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel between January 1, 2027, and January 31, 2028 (the “Redemption Period”). The Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited.
“EXCLUSIONS” – car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected and/or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Resorts or Beaches Specialty or Gift Shops, baggage fees and customs duties are not included.
Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package will be the prizewinner’s responsibility to declare and pay. The Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package recipient will receive from Tino Cochino Radio and/or its designee an IRS Form 1099 (equivalent or similar) in the Average Retail Value of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package.
SUBSTITUTION OF RESORT. The accommodations portion of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Unique Travel Corp, the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts and/or Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts, each reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from the selected resort to an alternate resort within the resort’s chain and to change dates with prior notice should circumstances so require or for any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control. The terms and conditions agreed to by the prizewinner shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals Resorts nor Beaches Resorts shall be liable for any claim made by the prize winner whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.
COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES. Unique Travel Corp, the Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package Provider its affiliates, and principals as well as Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of receipt of the selected Prize package or any agreement entitling the prize winner to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts each reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANCE OF THE SELECTED SANDALS RESORTS PRIZE PACKAGE OR BEACHES RESORTS PRIZE PACKAGE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST'S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE FOR SANDALS RESORTS https://www.sandals.com/terms/ OR AVAILABLE HERE FOR BEACHES RESORTS https://www.beaches.com/terms-conditions/, THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
Travel Safety Warning
Due to the fact that travel and tourism are constantly in a state of flux, prizewinner is advised to consult the U.S. State Department’s website at <travel.gov> and enter the name of the country(ies) that they plan to visit for the latest information concerning traveler safety, security, and health advisories.
All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. All guests are advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country they are visiting. Neither Unique Travel Corp and/or Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements.
The prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability of Release, and their adult travel companion a Travel Companion Form. For Beaches Resorts, a parent or legal guardian will have to sign on behalf of any minor child travelling.
5.0 Anything outside of the airfare allotment is the winner’s responsibility. Winner is responsible for using the airfare allotment to cover all flight-related costs, baggage fees, penalties, etc., levied by the airline prior to, on the day of, or after the flight, above the $2,800USD flight stipend provided for airfare from the Jamaica promotion. The winner is responsible for booking their own airfare on any airline of their choice. No additional funds will be awarded to the winner if the airfare for two exceeds the stipulated flight amount.
