Tucker Civic Center at Florida State University proudly celebrates its 45th anniversary, marking more than four decades as North Florida's premier destination for entertainment, athletics, family shows, and community events. Since opening its doors in 1981, the Tucker Center has welcomed millions of guests and hosted thousands of events, ranging from legendary concerts and record-breaking family shows to championship-caliber athletics and commencement ceremonies. Over the years, the Tucker Center has become a cornerstone of the Tallahassee community, creating lasting memories for generations of fans while evolving to meet the needs of performers, promoters, student-athletes, and guests.
