The Westville Music Bowl Box Office opens 30 minutes before gate time, on the corner of Derby Ave and Yale Ave.

Come early as all patrons are subject to bag search and security check!

Negative COVID-19 test or vaccination card is NOT required for entry into these shows.

TICKET INFO

Arrive early and bring your tickets with you!

Always check your email confirmation to see how your tickets will be delivered!

Tickets from AXS

1. Get the AXS app if you haven't already

2. Open the app and sign in with the same email you used to order the tickets

3. Show the tickets in the app at the entrance and get them scanned to enter

4. Have fun!

Will Call:

For will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID. Tickets can be picked up at the box office, no earlier than 30 minutes before gate time.

The box office cannot access third party ticket information. Please address all issues directly with third party sellers.

Re-entry prohibited.

PARKING

Parking lots will open 30 minutes prior to gates and will close 60 minutes after the end of the event.

Primary Parking:

IMPORTANT: Reservations are required for parking in Lot A (On Site Primary Parking). Reservations can be made here.

General Parking:

Parking is also available at YUAD / Lot F / Lot H (General Parking) on Central Ave, and Sherman-Tyler lot on Legion Ave. Reservations for these lots can also be made here.

Please allow yourself ample time to arrive at the venue.

Drop-off/Uber/Lyft:

As always, we encourage all fans to carpool and use rise share services. Drop-off locations will be located near the upper gate on Yale Avenue, please follow appropriate signage.

ADA Parking: 

Can be found on the corner of Yale Ave and Chapel Street at GPS location 45 Yale Ave, New Haven CT 06515: here

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and small clutch bags
• Blankets
• Water - one sealed bottle up to 20oz
• Empty water bottles no larger than 32oz (Nalgene bottle)
• Non-pointed tip umbrellas
• Rain jackets

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Bags and containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Alcohol, cans, bottles, and outside food
• Laser pointers
• Fireworks
• Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles
• Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state and local laws
• Unauthorized solicitation
• Any items deemed to be dangerous
• Drones
