Greetings! We are so excited for you to join us for Mt. Joy at Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards in LaFayette, NY on Friday, May 26. Below, you will find important information about our unique venue. Please read this to ensure that you are aware of our procedures and the timeline for the evening.
SCHEDULE
3pm - Parking lot, box office, Beak & Skiff’s Apple Hill Campus / 1911 Tasting Room & Tavern open to ticket holders.
5pm – Concert area opens
7pm – Show starts
We strongly recommend arriving between 3 and 5pm for ease of entry and to take advantage of the food and drinks available at the 1911 Tasting Room & Tavern, Food & Beverage Tents, and the Beak & Skiff General Store! No tailgating will be permitted.

TICKETS
Tickets are SOLD OUT and will not be available at the gates day-of.
Your tickets have been emailed to you, and are also available by logging in to Tixr HERE. To access your tickets, click the “print tickets” button to download or print the PDF. If you have an Apple device you can also access your tickets in the Tixr app.

To expedite the entry process, please have your tickets ready upon arrival (pulled up on your phone or printed is fine, as long as we can scan the QR code).
PARKING
Carpooling is recommended and strongly encouraged to speed up the entry and exit process.
Premium Parking passes are sold out.
ADA/Handicap parking is available on site, please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival.
There is no need to pay for parking and there are no satellite lots being used. All parking is available at Beak & Skiff.
No tailgating will be permitted. The 1911 Tasting Room & Tavern opens at 3pm.
DO NOT park on the side of the road or walk to Beak & Skiff. Please stay in your vehicle while waiting to enter the parking area.
There will be a designated rideshare drop-off area.
RVs of any kind are not allowed in any event parking areas.
No camping/overnight accommodations will be permitted.
SEVERE WEATHER PROTOCOLS
Beak & Skiff is an outdoor venue and our events are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan for the weather. However, the safety of the artist, fans and staff comes first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until such a time when it is safe for the show to continue.
In the case of a weather-related evacuation: we will make on-site announcements and post on DSP Shows’ social media accounts (follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
During an evacuation all showgoers will be asked to evacuate to their vehicles. We will provide further instructions for those who do not have a vehicle on-site.
Please note that we are required by law to evacuate the campus if lightning strikes nearby, even if the storm has not yet touched down in the immediate vicinity and the weather appears to be clear.
OTHER VENUE INFO
IDs will be checked upon entry and showgoers will be given a wristband if they are over 21 and plan on consuming alcoholic beverages. Customers must show 21+ wristbands to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Chairs and blankets are permitted, but will be restricted to the back half of the lawn.
Our staff and volunteers are very friendly. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need any help. Our security personnel are highly trained and there are EMTs on site for your assistance.
Re-entry is not permitted. We ask that you make sure you have everything you need from your car before entering the Beak & Skiff campus.
Smoking is not permitted.
ADA accessible restrooms are available in multiple locations.
The night’s performers will be selling merchandise.
No outside food or beverage will be permitted. Beak & Skiff will have plentiful food and drink options available for purchase.
Empty water bottles are permitted, there will be water filling stations available.
No alcohol may be consumed by persons less than 21 years of age. Non-adherence will result in removal from event grounds.
Our staff reserves the right to cut off alcohol service to any individual that appears to be intoxicated. This is at the discretion of the servers.
Cashless systems are preferred; please use credit or debit cards whenever possible.
No pets, except for service animals.
Please do not bring any weapons, explosives, glass, or illicit substances.
No aerosols are permitted (such as aerosol bug repellent or sunscreen).
No cameras or audio/video equipment permitted.
Please be respectful of our staff and your fellow concert goers. Anyone caught being abusive to any of our staff or guests will be removed from the property, no exceptions.
Only vendors licensed with Beak & Skiff and with NYS are allowed to set up and sell on-site, no exceptions.
Beak & Skiff is closed to the public on show days.
