The AXS Box Office at Westville Music Bowl opens 60 minutes before gate time, on the corner of Derby Ave and Yale Ave.

Tickets from AXS

1. Get the AXS app if you haven't already

2. Open the app and sign in with the same email you used to order the tickets

3. Show the tickets in the app at the entrance and get them scanned to enter

4. Have fun!

Will Call:

For any will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID. Tickets can be picked up at the AXS Box Office at Westville Music Bowl, no earlier than 30 minutes before gate time.

The AXS Box Office at Westville Music Bowl cannot access third party ticket information from Stubhub, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, CashorTrade, Tickets-Center, or any other third party ticketing site. Please address all issues directly with third party sellers.

Re-entry is prohibited.

PARKING

Please allow yourself ample time to arrive to the venue, we're expecting heavy traffic due to the concert. On-site parking lots open 90 minutes before venue gates are opened. Parking lots will close 60 minutes after the end of the event. No overnight parking is allowed.

Primary Parking:

The primary parking lot for this show is at the Premier Parking Lot A located on Yale Ave. Limited space is available for parking at the Premier Parking Lot A and reservations for this lot can be made here.

All other General Parking Lots (Lots YUAD/F/D) are located on Central Ave (GPS address: 75 Central Ave, New Haven, CT 06515)

Drop-off/Uber/Lyft:

We encourage all fans to carpool and use ride share services. Drop-off locations will be located near the main entrance at 45 Yale Avenue, please follow appropriate signage

ADA Parking: 

Limited ADA parking is available at the ADA Parking Lot next to the Yale Bowl. Enter through the Yale Ave entrance. ADA placard required, first come first serve.

If you do not plan on parking in Lot A or the ADA Lot, and will not be dropped off by Uber/Lyft, etc -- it is best to avoid Yale Ave and head directly to Central Ave instead.

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and small clutch bags
• Blankets
• Water - one sealed bottle up to 20oz
• Empty water bottles no larger than 32oz (Nalgene bottle)
• Rain jackets

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Bags and containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Alcohol, cans, bottles, and outside food
• Umbrellas
• Chairs
• Laser pointers
• Fireworks
• Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles
• Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state and local laws
• Unauthorized solicitation
• Any items deemed to be dangerous
• Drones
