Bring your tickets with you!

Entering Events:

1. Download the Eventbrite app and login to your account
2. Find your tickets in your account.
3. Turn phone brightness all the way up

4. Allow ushers to scan the QR code in the PDF
5. Have fun!

PDF tickets can also be downloaded and printed ahead of time from your Eventbrite account online.

Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together! 

Will Call:

For will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID.

The box office cannot access third party ticket information (Stubhub, etc.). Please address all issues directly with third party sellers. 

Re-entry prohibited, smoking sections available.

PARKING

Reserve Parking:

Reserve parking via ParkWhiz here.

General Parking:

Temple Street Garage is only two blocks from the venue, while Crown Street Garage is directly across the street. If you need to park closer there are various other paid lots, garages, and street parking around downtown New Haven.

SAFETY INFO

Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked to ensure they have adequate product.

Cashless payment available at all concessions and is recommended.

There is upgraded air circulation, cleaning procedures, and open doors (when possible) allowing fresh air into the venue.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Weapons, knives, and firearms of any kind
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Bags, backpacks and containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Outside food, drinks, refillable/empty bottles
• Laser pointers
• Professional photography gear, recording devices, drones, and selfie sticks
• Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles
• Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state and local laws
• Unauthorized solicitation
• Any items deemed to be dangerous

Please use common sense when deciding what to bring to the show! Don't forget to bring your photo ID if you are over the age of 21.

All ticket holders may be subject to search.

Head to their brick & mortar location around the corner and show your ticket before or after the event for 10% OFF your order!
