VENUE & ENTRY INFO

• Underground show: The cave stays a constant 59°F—dress in layers if you tend to get cold.

• Artist VIP: If you have purchased a VIP Glamping package you will be receiving an email from christy@thecaverns.com with all of the information you will need.
• Arrival Time: Please do not arrive early before the gates open at 9a CT. Lining up on the road is not permitted and you will be asked to leave and return when the gates are open. The Campground will open at 1p CT on 10/4. 
• Re-Entry is permitted from the cave venue to the campground from 5p CT to 11p CT on Saturday 10/4 and from 6p CT to 11p CT on Sunday 10/5.

• Alcohol requires valid government ID.

• Wear proper footwear. The ground is uneven—athletic or outdoor shoes recommended. Stay on footpaths, be aware of your surroundings, and look out for others.

• Limited service: Download or print your tickets before arrival. 

• We’re on Central Time. 

GETTING HERE & PARKING

• Free on-site parking is available for all guests. Please see map below for parking location.
• Carpool when you can. Fewer cars = less traffic and a lighter impact on our local community.
• No pedestrian entry via Charlie Roberts Rd. The road is dark, narrow, and unsafe for foot traffic.

• Walking from nearby lodging? Pedestrian access is only allowed through the campground, beginning when doors open and closing 30 minutes after the show.

ON-SITE SERVICES & SUPPORT

• WiFi: Available in the cave—join “cavernsguest” with password “thecaverns.” In the campground, it’s only available at the check-in bus. Cell service depends on weather and provider.

• Merchandise: Available on-site only—in the underground merch store, gift shop, The Caverns Tavern, campground bus store, and Yurt Village office.

• Water: A water refill station will be available in the campground at the Yurt Office and Campground Check-In. Water will be available in the cave venue during the shows. Please bring as much water as you will need into the campground. Please stay hydrated!
• Security will be available in the campground at the check-in bus (see map) overnight and in the cave music venue during the performances. In case of an emergency please call 911.

• Coat & merch check is located at the cave entrance.

ALLOWED & NOT ALLOWED

For your safety, everyone gets screened before entering, so help us keep things moving—empty your pockets and leave big bags and weapons at home, including pocket knives.

You can bring:

• Pocketed personal items like your phone and keys.
• Items for childcare or medical needs
• An empty poster tube.
• One factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 gallon).
• Empty water bottle < 32 oz.

STOP IN THE CAVERNS TAVERN

Our new pre-show hangout spot!

You'll find The Caverns Tavern right next to the gift shop with the giant salamander. Swing by for exclusive merch, good company, Or try the Limited run Wizards Brew Fall Festibier or cold Limestone Lager, our locally brewed house beer you’ll only find at The Caverns—above or below ground. The Tavern will be open from 12p-5p on Saturday and 12p-6p on Sunday.

TAKE A CAVE TOUR

No trip to The Caverns is complete without taking a tour through Big Room Cave.

Explore an otherworldly passage completely separate from our underground concert hall. We recommend reserving your tour time in advance to ensure you don't miss out.

CAMP OUT

Do not line up on the road or arrive before check-in begins. Staff will be available at Campground Check-In during the event and overnight at the Yurt Office. Check the forecast and wear appropriate footwear.

SOUND BATHS

Experience a Sound Bath deep inside Big Room Cave during Subterranea Festival. On Sunday, EarthCry (12p), Erothyme (1:15p), and Sam Brouse (2:30p) will guide immersive sessions for deep relaxation and meditation.

Capacity is limited and entry will be first come, first serve. Once full, the cave will operate one in, one out — please plan accordingly.
