   • On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.

3. Find Your Event: Locate your World Pride ticket and tap the Upgrade button.

4. Select & Confirm: Choose the tickets you wish to upgrade, click See Available Upgrades, and select either the Ultra VIP Skydeck or the Ultra VIP Platinum - tickets by day, select both options to upgrade for 2 days.

5. Checkout: Complete the process to secure your new elite status!
