Watch elite bull riders go head-to-head in a showdown that blends fierce world-class PBR competition, edge-of-your-seat moments, and Wildcatters pride. With powerful bulls, roaring fans, and non-stop energy — this is more than a competition, it’s Oklahoma’s ride to remember as the Wildcatters take on The World. | YO HO HO! Hypnosis Show – Set sail in this comedy pirate adventure where volunteers become the wildest crew on the seven seas. With sea monsters, shipboard silliness, and unexpected high-seas mayhem, every voyage is different. Shows daily on the Plaza Stage. | Jurassic Bark Live – Stomp, roar, and get ready for the ultimate prehistoric adventure. Jurassic Bark Live! is a dino-sized family show packed with amazing rescue dogs, jaw-dropping tricks, laugh-out-loud comedy, and nonstop action. Shows daily on the Gordon Cooper Lawn, in front of Barn 4. | All Star Pro (Live Wrestling!) – Experience the excitement of live professional wrestling with All-Star Pro! Enjoy high-energy, family-friendly action that’s fun for all ages. Shows daily on the Gordon Cooper Lawn, in front of Barn 4. | Towering over everything at the Fair at 230 feet tall, the America 250 Wheel is the World’s Largest Portable Observation Wheel. The wheel’s 45 gondolas include fun facts about our nation’s 45 presidents. Located in the Entertainment Plaza. | The Freedom 250 Truck is a giant mobile museum dedicated to the story of American independence. Visitors will hear from President George Washington, add their names to the Declaration of Independence, and meet those who shaped history. Admission is free. Open September 17 through 22 in the Entertainment Plaza. | Route 66 Family Fun Zone – Learn all about the history of the Mother Road and Oklahoma’s prominent place upon it using Google Arts and Culture’s virtual road trip, visit the Midway Movies, and pick up travel information about Oklahoma from the Route 66 Travel Hub before challenging your friends and family to a game of Route 66-themed mini golf. Open daily in the Bennett Event Center. | Commodities Presentations – Visitors to AGtropolis can spend some time learning about unique commodities produced in Oklahoma, directly from the producers. Representatives from the various organizations will be on hand each day to share their industry’s story and give the public a better understanding of the important role agriculture plays in our state. | Film Friday – September 18, noon to 8 p.m., Modern Living Building deadCenter and the Oklahoma State Fair will screen films shot and produced in Oklahoma for the first annual Film Friday at the Fair. Fairgoers can watch screenings of the best from film festivals from around the state and speak with prominent Oklahoma film makers, film houses, and schools. | Route 66 Centennial Salute & Parade – September 19, noon to 7 p.m., Modern Living Building Join us as we pay special tribute to the Mother Road. Enjoy vendors, entertainment, free craft activities, and more. Grand Marshals, Oklahoma Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell and Mr. Route 66 himself Michael Wallis, invite you to show your Oklahoma spirit along the parade route at 2 p.m. | Family Fun Day – September 20, 4 to 7 p.m. Ahead of the Let’s Sing Taylor concert on the Chickasaw Country Entertainment Stage, fairgoers can take part in a variety of concert-themed activities including a costume contest, friendship bracelet making and swapping, facepainting, musical games, dancing, and more. | WoW Fest! – September 24, noon to 7 p.m., Modern Living Building Visitors of WoW Fest (Working on Wellness) will explore ways to stay well with the Oklahoma Department of Health. Screenings, including the Public Health on the Go (PHOG) and Mammogram Bus, will be available. Attendees can talk to survivors of childhood cancer and learn about wellness. | Rabbit Show – September 26, Barn 3 Auditorium Participants in youth and open divisions will show off their rabbits to see who will take home the blue ribbon. | Stitch in Time – In this live needlepoint contest, participants will have one hour to see who can get the furthest on their needlepoint canvas. Supplies will be provided and the contest is free to enter. Registration is limited. Wrapped in Courage Contest – Kids who enter this contest will decorate gowns to then be modeled by survivors of childhood cancer. Book Face Contest – Participants will extend the cover art of the book of their choice into real life. Cinn-OH Man! Rolls – Contestants will enter their best cinnamon rolls to be judged. Mother Road Masterpieces – This cooking contest highlights foods that can be found along the Mother Road. Poster Contest – Entrants will create a poster celebrating America’s 250th birthday. Christmas Creations – Contestants will compete to create the best Route 66 themed ornament in the time allotted. Dip Happens – Participants will submit their best hot or cold dip to be judged. | Oklahoma Horizon Horse Show – September 24 & 25, Barn 8 Arena This competition showcases different saddleseat breeds of equine, such as American Saddlebreds, Morgans, and others inclusive of World and Reserve World Champions.
