Tickets from TIXR?

1. Log in to your account at www.tixr.com

2. Hover over your user menu in the upper right hand corner with your initials displayed

3. My Events > Tickets

4. Manage Order

5. Under Order and Status you will be able to see the ticket delivery method

6. If your tickets are electronic you will see a blue PRINT hyperlink

7. Print!

Tickets from AXS?

1. Get the AXS app if you haven't already

2. Open the app and sign in to see your tickets

3. Show the tickets in the app at the entrance and get them scanned to enter

4. Have fun!

Transferring Tickets (AXS):

1. Click the transfer button next to the event in your AXS account

2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient's info

3. On the review page, click the transfer button to send the tickets

The recipient will get an email about the transfer, and they'll need to create an AXS account (if they don't have one yet) to complete the transfer. After that, the tickets will be theirs to use with the AXS app.

Will Call:

For will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID. Tickets can be picked up at the box office, no earlier than 90 minutes before show time.

The box office cannot access third party ticket information. Please address all issues directly with third party sellers.

If you've purchased floor pods, chairs will be provided!

Re-entry prohibited.

PARKING

Parking lots will open 30 minutes prior to gates and will close 60 minutes after the end of the event.

General Parking:

Follow signs for Lot A to access general parking. Lot A can be found at 45 Yale Avenue, New Haven CT 06515

Parking is also available at Lot H/YUAD and can be found just outside Yale Bowl (football stadium) at GPS location 179 Central Ave, New Haven CT 06515

Drop-off/Uber/Lyft:

Drop-off locations will be located near the upper gate on Yale Avenue, please follow appropriate signage

ADA Parking:

SAFETY INFO

With the state of CT and CDC lifting mask guidelines, beginning this weekend, fans coming to Westville Music Bowl will not be required to wear a mask or face covering. We encourage fans who aren’t fully vaccinated to continue to wear a mask while up from their seat.

We will continue to keep hand sanitizer, masks, and enhanced cleaning available!

Cashless payment available at all concessions and is recommended.

• Unauthorized solicitation
• Any items deemed to be dangerous
