TICKETS FROM EVENTBRITE

Download the Eventbrite app for iOS and Android before arriving to the venue, and log in with the email you used to purchase your tickets.

When you arrive at the venue, open your Eventbrite app and go to Tickets. From there you can access your ticket’s QR code to be checked in at the event. Turn your phone brightness all the way up and allow ushers to scan the QR code.

Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together!

WILL CALL

For any will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID. Tickets can be picked up at the box office at College Street Music Hall.

The box office cannot access third party ticket information from Stubhub, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, CashorTrade, Tickets-Center, or any other third party ticketing site.

Please address all issues directly with third party sellers.

Re-entry is prohibited, smoking sections are available.

PARKING

Please allow yourself ample time to arrive to the venue, we're expecting heavy traffic downtown due to the concert.

GENERAL PARKING

Temple Street Garage is only two blocks from the venue, while Crown Street Garage is directly across the street. Surface lots and additional parking garages are located within a block's walk of the venue.

If you’re coming with a group, we recommend carpooling to help make arrival smoother.

SAFETY INFO

Arrive early as all patrons are subject to bag search and security check.

Valid ID is required to prove age (21+) for alcohol purchases and consumption on the premises.

Illegal drugs and substances
Bags, backpacks and containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
Outside food, drinks, refillable/empty bottles
Laser pointers
Professional photography gear, recording devices, drones, and selfie sticks
Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles
Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state and local laws
Unauthorized solicitation
Any items deemed to be dangerous
