Entering Events:

1. Open the PDF attached to the ticket purchase confirmation email

2. Turn phone brightness all the way up

3. Allow ushers to scan the QR code in the PDF

4. Have fun!

Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together!

Will Call:

For will-call ticket pickup, tickets must be in your name and you must present valid photo ID.

The box office cannot access third party ticket information (Stubhub, etc.). Please address all issues directly with third party sellers. 

Re-entry prohibited, smoking sections available.

PARKING

Reserve Parking:

General Parking:

Temple Street Garage is only two blocks from the venue, while Crown Street Garage is directly across the street. If you need to park closer there are various other paid lots, garages, and street parking around downtown New Haven.

SAFETY INFO

Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked to ensure they have adequate product.

COVID-19 Vaccination (14 days past second shot) OR proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test (received within the past 72 hours) required for entry. If vaccinated, please bring your vaccination card or clearly legible photo of your vaccination card on your phone and a valid photo ID. If unvaccinated please bring printed or digital proof of your recent negative PCR test. Masks are required for all ticket holders and staff despite vaccination status. You may pull your mask down when eating or drinking only. These policies will remain in place until further notice.

To present proof of vaccination and/or negative PCR test results on your phone, we’ve partnered with Bindle, a digital health platform that is secure, easy to use and completely anonymous; your personal health information is never shared and your biometrics are not required. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for MyBindle. Set-up is free and simple. If you are unable to provide digital proof, physical proof is also accepted.

Cashless payment available at all concessions and is recommended.

There is upgraded air circulation, cleaning procedures, and open doors (when possible) allowing fresh air into the venue.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Weapons, knives, and firearms of any kind
• Illegal drugs and substances
• Bags, backpacks and containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Outside food, drinks, refillable/empty bottles
• Laser pointers
• Professional photography gear, recording devices, drones, and selfie sticks
• Skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles
• Animals not authorized under the Americans with Disabilities Act or state and local laws
• Unauthorized solicitation
• Any items deemed to be dangerous

Please use common sense when deciding what to bring to the show! Don't forget to bring your photo ID if you are over the age of 21.

All ticket holders may be subject to search.

Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill has a booth right inside our venue in the main lobby! Offerings differ each night, but could include tacos, guacamole & chips, nachos and more!
