Big News!
Big release this sprint that covered a myriad of Reserved Seating issues, including:
Accuracy of reserved seating ticket type timers on the event page has been improved.
Active shared ticket types on reserved seating charts now appear even if the parent ticket type is inactive.
Resolved an issue causing deleted reserved seating ticket types to sometimes show on seating charts.
All seats are now being generated under pricing sections during event creation. (Palladium)
Fixed an issue causing ticket types to occasionally not respect the Online and Box Office, Methods of Sale set in Advanced Settings.
Resolved an issue with moving seats into a new pricing section. (Madison Regatta)
We Fixed Some More Things, Too:
Allow a past date on ‘Stop All Sales’
Updated Stop All Sales date error to allow brand users to change to a past date if needed to force the event to settle.
Inaccurate Live Stats
Live Stats were not showing comps broken down by sales source.
Lyte sales were reflecting in addition to the original ticket sold, resulting in a double count.
Order Details $0 Line Item Fix
Updated Order Details page to display $0.00 rather than ‘--’ when there is no cost on a specific line item. This also resolves a calculation issue when refunding a ticket.
Icons Load as Gibberish
Resolved an issue causing icon fonts to load intermittently:
Client Level Promo-Codes and Event Upsells
Resolved an issue causing client-level promo codes to not apply to all ticket types in an order when a customer checks out with multiple events in the same cart.
Upsells: Historically, if Delayed Delivery was activated on an event, the Event Upsell feature was removed on all events on the same client account. This was to prevent customers from checking out with multiple events with delayed delivery in the same order. The Event Upsell feature has been improved so that once there are no longer any Delayed Delivery events on the account the upsell feature will reappear for use.
Timers: Users are prevented from setting Delayed Delivery timers in Event Settings in addition to the selected delivery method.
Inaccurate Double Valid Scan
Resolved an issue in the box office when scanning a ticket multiple times quickly, causing the appearance of multiple valid scans in reporting.
Noteworthy Improvements
Box Office Error Messaging
Improved error messaging in web based box office when attempting to refund a ticket that has already been refunded. The new error message reads: “Your selection is not eligible for a refund because it has already been refunded.”
Box Office: Service, Scan Function
Improved Box Office Service tab to indicate status by disabling the scan button on scanned and reversed tickets.
Fixed calculator to display the actual price instead of $NaN on high dollar values.
Fulfillment Stats
Resolved an issue causing events with 'null' delivery methods to not be displayed on the fulfillment stats page.
Pre-Settlement Operating Improvements
To prevent timeouts in pre-settlements feature. (For Karon)
Ticketon PDF’s
PDF was not attaching to original email confirmations, only to resends, this was fixed.
Almost Finished:
Daily Stats Emails Not Sending
Resolving the issue preventing Daily Stats emails from being delivered to some clients.
Reserved Seating
